We have also developed comprehensive checklists on the work that we perform to help us keep track of the progress on our clients’ matters and ensure that the tasks are completed on time.
We use LEAP (Legal Practice Management Software) which is a cloud based system and as such we can work remotely from anywhere that has internet service.
We are also a subscribed PEXA user which allows us to conduct conveyancing settlement electronically.
We believe that direct contact and communication between the client and the lawyer is absolutely essential. Our lawyer prefers to communicate directly to the client via mobile phone, email or video conference to get the matter resolved in the most efficient and timely manner.
