Practice Manager
Tina manages the office and staff. She is the point of contact with clients providing friendly but professional customer service at all times. Tina develops, implements and manages business processes and systems for the firm. Making sure the legal firm delivers high quality legal service to the clients through systems that ensure templates are up to date, high quality service and knowledge to clients and others within the legal firm.Efficiently and effectively manage support and guidance to all areas of the firm to meet client and staff needs. Work collaboratively with all staff members to obtain current information ensuring high quality correspondence outcomes are delivered.
Tina manages office supplies and equipment maintenance making sure everything runs smoothly within the office. She organises filing systems and files, manages the payroll and office accounting, prepares documents for the accountant for tax purposes and prepares documents for the Trust Account. She works on files under the guidance of the solicitor.
